Defending DACA and Keeping Families Together

On October 10, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans will hear a pivotal lawsuit targeting DACA, and weeks later, a District Court in Texas will have a hearing on the Biden-Harris administration’s new Keeping Families Together parole process. In seeking to dismantle two of the most consequential immigration relief actions of the last generation, both lawsuits represent an unprecedented attack directly impacting millions of people.

The two hearings are part of efforts by anti-immigrant groups who are trying to lay the foundations of a mass family separation agenda.
