WASHINGTON, DC – Today, the Supreme Court of the United States issued a ruling allowing the Trump Administration’s “Remain in Mexico” policy (also known as “Migrant Protection Protocols”) to continue. FWD.us President Todd Schulte issued the following statement:

“Federal courts have clearly ruled that the ‘Remain in Mexico’ policy is illegal, and in audio leaked minutes ago, the Justice Department itself says it is dangerous and poses massive risks of kidnapping to family and children. It is extremely disappointing that the Administration will be allowed to continue to enforce this policy while the government tries to get a new ruling on the merits.”
