“Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has long been obsessed with derailing the lives of nearly 800,000 people with DACA, including 125,000 Texans. Today’s action again demonstrates why Congress must take immediate action to bring certainty for Dreamers, their families, friends, and coworkers.

"More than 250 members of Congress from both sides of the aisle have signed onto legislation that would allow the House to vote on four pieces of immigration legislation dealing with Dreamers. It has been more than seven months since DACA was repealed. House Republican leadership should follow the will of the majority of the House, and 86% of Americans, and bring this series of bills up for a vote immediately.”
